Whats the best iHCF src what i can fork for my server, and mybe for sell.

I mean technically you have to use iHCF, as you can't really take someone else's fork and then claim it as your own without their permission. If you want my advice, buy a public and highly configurable core, like zHCF or Notifyz, and then use that for your server, there are so many cores on the market right now that it's very saturated so it's unlikely yours would sell or have any features that aren't in zHCF or Notifyz
