Let's talk about the truth of iHCF and its History.

Nobody has resell rights but the creator himself, DoctorDark. Scar has rights from TemptingMC who scammed DoctorDark for rights of iHCF.

This meaning, Scar having rights is un-legit, and he technically doesn't have rights.

This is illegal, due to the fact that DoctorDark has never released iHCF publically.

I hope this can change your view, to the truth of iHCF, and Scar doesn't have rights, and it's illegal to be reselling it.

There is no proof of this, but you can ask many people who know about iHCF and its history (Missionary ?)

But also think about this,

Scar has said that he got rights from DoctorDark, but where did he provide proof of that?

If I were to pull a Scar, I could download Para Core and say I got rights from Prestige PvP, if he were to ever quit like DoctorDark.

There are no active copyrights on any code inside iHCF, otherwise mc-market would be in trouble and most likely getting DMCA requests by the dozen.
That being said; doctordark could chase up the false sellers on the plugin and take down their resources, but he's not going to.

Nobody cares about iHCF because it's a load of shit and has completely over-saturated the market because of ban evading children selling their crappy forks to make a quick buck.

In my personal opinion the selling of iHCF should just be banned, which would solve the entire issue and help rid the community of the shit-kickers.
