Hello! This thread explains a bit about my self and what I am offering.

ABOUT ME

My name is Ben, I am a 13 year old male from England. I enjoy playing minecraft and watching youtube. I would say I spend 5 or 6 hours of the day on minecraft and YouTube. I started playing minecraft a few years ago when my uncle introduced it to me. Ever since, I have become staff on many big, and small servers, as well as a few hosting company's and minecraft forums.

I put others before myself in everything I do and aim to please.

MY EXPERIENCE

> NemeGaming (Server)
Earning about 75 to 150 players online at a time I was very happy to spend approximately a month of being a Half Moderator. My role was to deal with reports, rule breakers and ban appeals on the Skywars server in the network. I also assisted with UHC games and working with the community on the forums and making players feel welcome in game.

> HiflexMC (Hosting Company)
I founded a hosting company called HiflexMC of which my role was to work behind the scenes and front end work with the recruitment of staff members and dealing with billing issues and questions. We were unable to carry on providing servers due to lack of funding.

> XHostFire (Hosting Company)
With over 100 active clients, my role was to work on the LiveChat system as a one man team to be the first point of contact for technical support in different areas of the clients Minecraft servers. I assisted multiple clients, each with a different question or concern.

> Emporior Network (Server)
I currently still work at Emporior network as a Helper. This is the second rank up, with only a short time on the forums (2 weeks+), I have already reached 70+ forum posts compared to other members of staff which have been there for a few months. This just shows my dedication to the community and is an example of what I can do to your forums.

> BalloonMC (Server)
I recently bought out BalloonMC and own it with another person, we recently opened and have gained a few loyal players due to our dedication, maturity and time spent developing the network from what it was when we first bought it. This is a success which we plan on continuing.

> ~NAME HIDDEN~ (Forum)
I was promoted to Owner from Moderator due to the previous Founder being unable to dedicate time to the forums. We are currently working on revamping the forums.
