About me:

My name is Teodor. I am currently 14 years old. Despite my age, I am very mature and professional. I have managed and moderated on a lot of servers/networks that made me be like this today. I'm a soccer player and I'm playing for Red Star which is the best club in Serbia (currently). Also, I'm playing for the Representation of Serbia. However, I'm also focused on gaming, as I'm playing Minecraft for about 7 years.

I was born in Serbia and I still live here. I may move to Australia for about two years or so. I can fluently speak English, Serbian, Bosnian and Croatian. I am half from Serbia and half from Hungary due to my mom being. I am very kind and friendly so there are no worries that I will be rude to anyone. I am staffing for more than 3 years now.

Why am I applying?:

I believe that I am an easy person to talk to and I would do any favor for someone if they ask nicely. To carry on why I should be Staff Manager is because I contain qualities that, in my opinion, a staff should have. First, I have experience. (I will explain more in the 2nd question following this). Secondly, I am kind and polite. I can easily talk to players and remain calm. I will almost never curse in-game at a person or in chat at all. Never will I put myself above other players and look down upon certain people. I believe that we are all equals, and everyone should have the same chance. Third and finally, I am trustful and will remain trustful. I can easily keep information safe, as long as it is not hateful or mean. I believe the person deserves to know if someone is hating on them, but anyways, if someone asks me to keep a promise, I will. You can always come to me if you need to talk about issues and/or you just want to talk.

- I monitor myself by thinking before speaking. This is truly a quality I, personally, believe staff on some servers lack. (Not necessarily this one as I've never seen a staff be rude). This is one quality that may make me different from the other applicants. To help this server, I'd make myself do my job as perfectly as I can. I will follow all procedures/routines and absolutely try my best to meet the expectations of you. I believe I could be of assistance when there are so many players on because I could and will monitor chat and reports a huge majority of the time I am online. I could positively help them with that issue, even though I go to bed around 10, I stay up until around 12-12:30 at night on my phone.

- It may go unnoticed, but I try my best to help out in chat. When I see someone typing in all capitals and/or spamming, I politely ask them to stop. I do not try to kiss up, I just help players understand what rules they are breaking and that they should be aware of what they're doing.


The feeling you get, when someone is grateful for the help you give, it's amazing. I am strongly confident that the community will benefit from the help I can provide to the community. I will always be active on the server to give the experience players need because there are individuals out there that ruin the fun for others when they launch a third party client which gives them an advantage over others, and there has to be those individuals who can punish those "cheaters" who are ruining the fun for our players who are not cheating/hacking, and I should be part the group of individuals who help moderate the server and keep everything clean for the joy I hope the players receive. I am very experienced in moderating servers, and I am very trustworthy. I would never give up and ruin the experiences for others because it's just not my way of handling things. If I am ever dealing with personal issues and cannot continue the position as staff, I would gladly resign and say my farewells to the staff team, and wouldn't hand my account to anyone to cheat/grief the server and ruin the experience for others. Also, I'm very mature, I never use profanity towards players and I have a very mellow attitude. I also have some decent knowledge of how to find hack clients during SSs (screensharing)for exmaple; vape, huzuni, autoclickers, etc. As I said before in the other paragraph, I am very confident that the community would benefit from my help as a helper and beyond! I know the punishments as well to give to those who violate the server rules. I would run the Staff Team very smoothly and I'll be dedicated when doing the job. One of the best qualities that a Staff Manager needs is that I treat everyone the same. I'm not a person that'll hate someone because something happen in the past or we had a fight, which I think that many servers lack.

Experience:

UnitedPvP - Owner {150-200 playerbase} - Server Closed
First, to start off, I had a server 2 years ago called UnitedPvP and I can say it was really successful. It had a playerbase around 150-200 players daily and a good and dedicated Staff Team hired by my friends and me. The Network unfortunately closed due to lack of funds we have been receiving. Also, the server had a lot of YouTubers that were recording on it.

SharkPvP - Staff Manager {200-300 playerbase} - Server Closed
My second experience being a Staff Manager started 5 months ago and finished 3 months later. The Network was called SharkPvP and I was a Staff Manager on there. The server itself had two owners with more than 20k+ subscribers, so it surely had a good playerbase (200-300 players daily). I've hired many Staff Members that were good at their job and also, I've had to demote some people. The server had some issues with the owner, but sooner it was good. I was also recording a Manager Series on there, but I deleted all the videos since I stopped recording for the YouTube. Server closed 2 months ago, but some of us stayed in contact, so as we're now.

AluxNetwork - Global Manager {30-50 playerbase} - Resigned
Third experience wasn't that big at all, but it was a good one. The Network was called 'AluxNetwork', but it had a playerbase about 50 players per day. I've seen a lot potential in the server, so as it was a good one. I decided to resign because the server lacked of funds and was indeed to shut down a week later since a resign. However, it kinda was my funniest and best experience while being a Manager.

ScarecadePvP - Staff Manager/Administrator {10-20 playerbase} - Resigned


Moderation experiences:

RaveMC - Moderator {Closed} - Server Closed
I joined the Network that had a lot of potential plugins. I was very friendly the Owner and I decided to apply a week later since I joined the community. I was accepted as a Moderator and met some friends there. The server was closed a bit later because the owner had a lot of family problems.

Pyxcade - Helper {25-30 playerbase} - Server Closed
I joined as a Helper, I was doing some forum reports and helping the players that were in need of help. I resigned because the server was going down.

VirtusNetwork - Sr. Moderator {15-20 playerbase}
Nothing much to say, there were no forums and the Owner did not care about the server. I resigned.

VenixNetwork - Helper/T-Mod {250-400 playerbase} - Demoted
I got accepted with one of my friends, Dzex. I was so happy once I got accepted since I had a lot of friends there. I had some family issues while being a Staff Member there. Unfortunately, I was demoted due to inactivity.

SpainPvP - Moderator {400 playerbase} - Resigned on 29th of December
This was my best moderation experience. I was a Moderator on Spain for 7 months. I learned so many things there and one of them was my English. I was the youngest Moderator there since I just turned 14 when I was accepted. I was really close to the Mod of the Month reward, but apparently, I was not that active on TeamSpeak. I decided to resign due to some school and family problems that were going on.
