If you want to start a project it will be important to have a good looking Web-page. Websites pretty much advertising your server constantly! If your Web-page looks great people will be more likely to join your project because a webpage pretty much shows how serious the owner takes his own work! If you're working on a really good project, you need to back it up with a good website! If your Web-page does'nt look legit it will pretty much fear away customers and thats something you really dont want!
