Where it says "ratings" next to people's posts, if they have 100+ ratings, you should give them a vouch copy.
A vouch copy is a free service for good members and they will vouch for you and say your service is legit.

Basically, you make them or do service(s) for them, and they give you a vouch, and give some detail about the transaction. Do 3 vouch copies for people with 100+ Ratings and they will say how good/bad you are/did.
