Hey so lately I have been trying to send money through my PayPal and it has been working then all of the sudden it stopped every time I try to send money it keeps saying error and I don't know why or how to fix this I have contacted PayPal but no response if someone could help me that would be great thank you I have enough money in my balance to be sending the money I just don't get it

soft limit, wait 24-48 hours, if it doesnt worth then then possibly an actual limitation.

I don't have any account limitations I have all info on there, Including id passports bank credit cards and such. I did make a huge $1,200USD transaction yesterday would that cause any problems or no?

it’s the new update, it’s been fucking me too, paypal is so useless but i’ve elimated it to the following

- only can send g&s payments to people outside of U.S
- 28+ hour waiting period for sending money in general f&f in US or not
- try to make payments on your phone

That would most likely be the problem. This has happened to me like 15 times everytime I call paypal they say " you're sending too much F&F payments to people who are not in your country " you can either call paypal and they will fix it for you or you have to wait a day or two.
