Greetings.

Illuminus is an upcoming factions server currently in the process of development and isn't entirely operational yet. We need mature, experienced, civil staff members to maintain a professional community. There are a large influx of positions currently available as we don't have a staff team yet.

Positions Available:​

Helper (3 Positions Available):

You're position requires you to perform frequent assistance on the server. This means that you will moderate chat, assist higher ranked staff members, temporarily ban, mute, warn and kick according to the severity of an individuals offence and maintain a professional manor. When punishing a user providing evidence is essential, if you do not provide evidence the user will be no longer banned.

Moderator (2 Positions Available):

You will inherit the same duties that Helper acquires, however, you are not required to provide evidence of individuals violating the rules and you shall respond to ban appeals and reports on the forums.

Administrator (1 Position Available):

You will inherit similar positions to the owner position, your role is to teach lower ranked staff members useful things, punish cheating individuals and work with developers to fix exploits and recommend features to them.

Developer (1 Position Available):

As developer you will be required to create plugins for the server within a set time period, you will take ideas from administrators and owners and attempt to create them into reality.

Paid positions?

I stated in the thread that none of the positions are going to be payed.

It will be hard to recruit a developer that will create custom plugins for free.

I agree, however, there may be a developer out there which is nice enough to do it.

But the developer wouldn't be professional. If you pay for a professional developer you would get professional plugins. If your looking for a free one your looking towards a simple plugin developer that is doing it for free

Honestly, I don't really mind if they are professional or not we need a developer who can make basic plugins and possibly a few advanced ones.
