By ordering graphics from me you agree to accept and abide by the listed terms.
You are not allowed to claim my art as your own.
I have the right to turn down any commission for what ever reason at any time.
Your payments are not refundable and chargebacks and disputes are not permitted.
If you chargeback you will not be able to make a purchase from me in the future.
I have the right to cancel your order for whatever reason at any time. In this case you will receive a full refund.
The at least 50% of the total cost of your product must be paid before I start working on your art.
You are not allowed to back out of a deal. After you accept and acknowledge this TOS you must pay for the product.
All payments are to be done through Paypal Family and Friends.
