Huge De-vouch.

After working with Ilyaan for a while now and looking back at his past behaviors he changed. When I first met him he was really dedicated and mature, but later on, he started acting differently.

DemonicMC,

Racial Slurs, when I worked at DemonicMC with him he has used a racial slur twice. In his alt's status and in the main chat. We confronted him twice about it. The first time he removed his status but the second time he tried to remove the proof of him using the racial slur. After confronting him about the second time he said that it's not considered a racial slur and all of that.

Double staffing, from what I know Ilyaan loved double staffing. He worked on 2 other servers when working at DemonicMC. (Btw, double staffing is not tolerated in our staff team) After he got confronted by one of the owners after getting caught double staffing he asked us to remove his role in the main discord. Which we did, after doing some research I found out Ilyaan was a Manager on SacrificePvP, and before that, he was still staff on MCRivals. The owner confronted him about both of the servers but ilyaan brushed it off.

Inactivity, Ilyaan was really inactive when working at DemonicMC. In the beginning, he was somehow active but then started lacking. Which is not acceptable as at that moment we were in need of help.

**But, I have NO HATE towards Ilyaan. I still consider him as a friend. But I don't think I should leave this as a demotion. I don't want server owners | Managers to make the same mistake**

1 it was not being used in an offending way, as I have stated i was talking with a friend. Do you also see how it says "white people"

It wasn't just this, you also used the one with the g in your status on your alt. Stop dog fighting and own up to your mistakes!

I will say this, ilyaan is a competent staff member and is nice to work with. Having worked with him on TheTempest, I feel it poignant to note down that ilyaan was demoted for Abuse or abused after resigner - neither a good option. Also he lists GlacialPvP, a server that never released (I was Manager so I would know), although he did come on and test, that was limited.

Overall, whilst he is a good staff member, he leaves project the second a higher offer is available (See leaving Verix for MCRivals), he is known to double staff and his thread is a bit misleading. Should the thread be cleared up, and made more truthful, I would have no issue vouching for ilyaan, but as it stands I cannot. I hope that the issues states above are resolved and that he enjoys a successful career in this game, for he has potential - it just needs refining.

Having worked at most of these servers with him as well I have to agree with him.

He can be a great staff member but like all of us is mortal and still makes mistakes but this shouldn’t put people off him.
