I'm at a lost... (Need Help)

I have a quite a big question. I really enjoy playing factions and making a faction server. I also knows a lot of what makes a faction server fun and unique. But sadly everyone is doing a faction server.


But I Heard sky block is getting quite popular and would be a nice server to make as it would have a good chance of getting popular compared to factions. But I don't really enjoy playing sky block and I don't really know how to make it unique and fun.

So the question is Should I do a faction server or a sky block server?

Keep this in mind. I can put in 300$-500$ for the server. And 300$-500$ for advertising.

I'm all in for Skyblock!
However if you do need a server.
I'll have my custom SkyBlock server all setup by tomorrow! PvP areas, fast growing crops, events, custom builds and 9X Custom plugins!
Since I just sold a Faction server, I'm going to have to build a new spawn and re-develop a few things so I do not meet the terms of "re-selling!"

Skyblock is good and its long term and factions is short term, you get rich and you quit but skyblock you can always extend.
