Hello, I am a 14-year-old male and I want a six pack so I can pull all the girls.
I have set myself a 31 day fitness challenge where I will do a variety of different ab workouts every single day for 31 days. These ab workouts include about 30 pushups, about 100 trunk curls, like 100 bicep kicks and some other things like in this video ().
I am currently very fit and I am not overweight or anything, I have abs but I just need a six pack. I will not be dieting massively like eating salads and shit, but I wont be eating loads of unhealthy stuff too.
Will this give me a sixpack or 4 pack? If not, how can I edit this challenge in any way to give me one?
