I'm doing a 31 day ab fitness workout, will this give me a six pack?

Hello, I am a 14-year-old male and I want a six pack so I can pull all the girls.

I have set myself a 31 day fitness challenge where I will do a variety of different ab workouts every single day for 31 days. These ab workouts include about 30 pushups, about 100 trunk curls, like 100 bicep kicks and some other things like in this video ().
I am currently very fit and I am not overweight or anything, I have abs but I just need a six pack. I will not be dieting massively like eating salads and shit, but I wont be eating loads of unhealthy stuff too.

Will this give me a sixpack or 4 pack? If not, how can I edit this challenge in any way to give me one?

This is a forums where a bunch of nerds in there moms basement make shit and sell it, I don't thing one person here would know anything about getting a six pack.
Not everyone here is like you lol.

And as for the OP's question, yes, it is possible to build up a nice looking six-pack of abs following the methods shown in the video, however, you need to understand that working out isn't the tiniest bit important compared to a good diet. You can't be expecting to get yourself a six-pack if you don't eat properly, even if you exercise on a daily basis. My personal favorite way of getting some extra protein to get my body going every single day is to consume two eggs along with my breakfast.

Anyways, that's all from me. Just make sure you're getting enough protein from the foods that you consume daily, and the workout will surely pay you off.

Actually your completely wrong.


To your question depending on your current status and weight then if you did this consitantly for about 3 months then for sure anyone would have a sickpack but as well as this you would have to work on the rest of your body which would include doing your lower torso and arms. This is just to give you a better look ect. If you have and already do this then do what you said above and it should work out for you :)

All depends on body fat percentage. After two weeks of just abdominal workouts your abs will be toned, but may not be visible unless your under 10% body fat.[DOUBLEPOST=1504635007][/DOUBLEPOST]
Best way to burn body fat is hard cardio. Run as often as you can and drink at least two water bottles a day. If you want to get serious, eating chicken and rice is great for clean carbs and protein. All starts with what you eat!
How can I check my body fat %?

I have abs and I can help you out. The methods in the video could help but your eating is what will help the most. Water helps a lot and try to eat clean stuff and restrict yourself from snacks or junk food.
