Acts fishy, wants me to pay in bitcoin, then says he going to report me, meanwhile he is currently suspended?

All he said was "You pay first bitcoin i send skin"
Furthermore, he didn't even add me from his "steam" profile, and changed his discord name to his steam profile name and picture AFTER adding me on discord.

And apparently he reported me for "scamming" now just because we couldn't come to an agreement? LOL

How is that attempted scam? If you want to go first and he refuses you to do so because he has more "rep" then that is what he wants. If you want to go first and the guy doesn't let you just call the deal off or do it another way like using a middleman, etc. You won't get banned for this though.

I know, I have read the ToS, just the combonation of his accusations and his bad english made me laugh

If he doesn't want to go first or use a middleman that both of you can accept, then you will probably win the report if you made it clear from the start that you would only do the deal if he went first.
I would never continue a deal with anyone that starts flashing around with "attempted scam report", it just makes them look pathetic and a potential scammer looking to push some money out of people.

Just be careful when doing deals here, because lots of little kids that scam for 10-20$ legit are probably poor af and greedy so they can pay for their mineman server.
