i'm hosting a build server

i decided to host a build server to help builders build their projects.

My server equipments:
CPU - i5-4460
RAM - 4GB

There are already some projects by built by some pro builders.

The server will be open all day long, expect at night (2AM till 12AM)

every builder gets his own flat world to build on, once you finish your project you can either request a world download or schematic file.

You are not allowed to grief, spam, annoy other builders.

i will take 5-10% of your earnings for the host.

People who do commissions have more than enough money to host their own server where they know:
1. Their builds won't be stolen
2. If the server crashes they can restart it
3. They can add/remove schematics/worlds with ease
4. They get to decide who will build on the server with them and not be disturbed.
