Im looking for a plugin like Click2Enchant that is up to date

Ive been searching through to find a plugin where i can just drag and drop enchantment books in order to enchant items, i found EnchantmentBooks which i quire to pay for, but ive got no money lol. I also found Click2Enchant, but it is out of date so i cannot use certain enchantments. Can someone create one or send one to me? ty.
