I'm looking for a skyblock setup that can do what I want on a skyblock server

OK so basically the skyblock server system needs to be where a person could join into the world set up an island with an auto generator they could also purchase upgrades to have a bigger island or get better loot when they're mining their auto generator there needs to be 4 levels of islands beginner easy medium and hard players need to have the ability to auction off stuff they don't need and we need to have a shop where players can purchase blocks within the game with the money they earned from mining blocks take a purchase specialty tools on the website or they could win it out of the crate and each crate has a different level system of better axis abilities and etc there needs to be I said level ranks take a purchase off the website to help them get an advantage on the server but not too much of an advantage so it's not 100% unfair all the prices for the blocks take a purchase and sell to the merchant which needs to be set up reasonably and also we need to set it up where players can visit our players islands and players can have up to four players on one I'll there needs to be a leaderboard on who has the best island and every month there needs to be I could give away so whoever is on top of the leaderboard for that month at the end of the month a leaderboard resets or something like that.
