Well, if you can understand English, great. stxphen has a great Minecraft Plugin development course which I'd highly recommend and is easy to understand from a beginners perspective. That course is in Java and not JS. I highly doubt you'd be able to make a plugin in JS.

The course is $10 (with the 50% coupon). I highly doubt you'll find anyone who will teach you for less then that (unless you are willing to watch YouTube videos that are not in a course).

You could be self-taught by using websites like youtube and stackoverflow.

I meant like a plugin that depends on itself not that sever side whatever plugin, if that was the case I would’ve mentioned skript on its own
