I don't think you'll find competent staff by posting vague details and telling them to apply for a server they know nothing about. If you find someone who's applying for a staff position on a server they know nothing about, they're probably desperate for a position. Just a friendly reminder, I guess? I don't exactly mean to be discouraging, just work on making your post attractive enough to recruit people that have the same goals as you.
