I'm Looking for staff members to join my network

These are some of the positions but not all and if you want a position on my network that fits and can really benefit my network, it can be created for you

1st position: Developer configures/develops and manages servers for my network

2nd position: Mod moderates chat and have helpers to help him keep chat and conflicts to a minimum

3rd position: Helper is just a low-level mod but keeps chat in check and helps the mods

4th position: Marketing strategist this is a position that plans the development and sets marketing goals for my network, I'm thinking of having this position lead the marketing team that executes the plan that the marketing strategist makes so this position would double as a marketing manager

Events staff: Creates and organizes events for my network

Builder: Builds spawns, maps, structures for my network

I highly suggest you do much more research into the staff you hire. Some of the staff you hire are highly immature and unable to take jokes, and if they can’t take a joke that they viewed as an insult, to go so far and do it back, and even cause bigger problems, is a huge red flag. I am not going to name this staff, and it was simply an observation, if you have anything to say to me or ask me. DM on discord, to prevent thread trashing.

Seems like another kid-ran server who's too eager and ambitious to not realize flaws in their work, i've witnessed many bad things your staff do and say along with the person who commented above stating that they're immature and unable to see through a clear joke. I honestly would just reinvest your money at this point, i mean then again I've only ran several succesful networks but what do I know? I'm just a guy on the internet.
