The host looks disputable and If I'm being honest Its hard to hold someone with no rank and 1 rep to a lifetime guarantee.

Also to note that in those screenshots we cannon't verify the amount of RAM as it is not displayed in any of them. The screenshot it should be in (1st one) is it not, for some reason your host has turned viewing the amount of RAM allocated off.
