I'm Sponsoring a 6GB Server To A Future Server/Established Bungee Network

Hi there, I'm Adrian and I'm a entrepreneur. I have been creating servers and companies since 2013 but I want to try out investing/sponsoring community or a network. I currently have a 6GB server on my hands that I want to give to a possible future server or already a established bungee network that wants an extra server. I am willing to sponsor another 6GB+ server if multiple servers catch my eye.

What am I looking for?
I am not going to create a list of requirements like most sponsors do, I am simply looking for a server that has very good ambition and clear plans on how and why their server will take off. I'm looking for unique ideas that have never been done before.

What I want in return?
I will pay for the server and another other servers you may need for how ever long it takes for you to start become financially stable, once I notice that you are starting to recieve a decent amount of donations, I will calculate a buy-back price that its not overpriced and it will be calculated in a way which is very affordable and you will be easily able to afford and still keep up the server/network, the buy-back price is also negotiable and it can be set at the very start if you're comfortable with it. Once I set the buy-back price, you will have a month to pay it, and once you do, I will transfer the ownership of the servers over to you or I will cancel the hosting if you fail to pay.

What happens if the server fails?
You will not own me anything, simple. But if I notice you not doing anything and the server just sits idle with no players, I have every right to cancel the deal.
