So, I'm having this issue right, when 300+ players connect to my server, everybody's ping drops to 1 bar and it starts lagging its balls off (It's latency issues, not tps issues.). I have tried disabling all plugins didn't fix it. So I'm guessing it's something with the back-end.

HI, its most likey the server cannot handle it, you might need to upgrade the ram/cpu, as when 300+ are joining its lagging which means the server cannot handle it or there is a broken plugin..

Try upgrading the server and make several tests.
Also what version of Spigot are you using?

BeerSpigot - 1.8.8 tacospigot fork. And the server it already pretttty good

We disabled all plugins as I said, and when it's at 300+ and we connect 4-5 players it starts lagging balls.

there is most likely a back-end issue, your best option is to contact their support and see if its anything their side

it happened on the past 2 dedis we had, don't think that's the issue.

How much bandwidth does your host give you
