Haha Iv had bad experiences with people that don't have a mature voice. I still do get a laugh out of it of course though. Haha

Well, it is very awkward to simply say "You cant apply if you have a squeaky voice"
I find that there are a number of things that are wrong with this, so skip to the bottom if you want to ignore my rant.
1. This should be removed as there is no defined state of having a squeaky voice, as it greatly depends on your own opinion of how squeaky a voice is. If you were Morgan Freeman, would that mean that the other 99% of the population has a squeaky voice?
2. Squeaky voices do not reflect someone as a person or their morals and intelligence. Judging a person on Minecraft by their voice is just like judging a person in the army by academic ability, which makes no difference to their ability to do what they should.
3. A squeaky voice can't be changed by choice, while intelligence can. It's not fair at all to completely stop all people with squeaky voices to do this, as it cannot be changed. Since the amount of time it takes to go through puberty is hereditary, it's like telling people that if you have green eyes you can't be staff for you.
4. Someone's voice does not reflect their age. Someone who's 14 can have the voice of a 30 year old, and a 15 year old can have the voice of an 8 year old.
5. All (most) of the people on this forum are professional and barely play Minecraft anyways. If something as silly as the pitch of someone's voice makes you dislike them, then it really shows how professional you are, doesn't it? I would instead change it from 'You cannot have a squeaky voice' to 'You cannot be voicist and speak in large colored text'

You LIKE to think that. That doesn't mean it's 10. Seeing your grammar already makes it a 5. Also lying isn't a option.
For one you don't know me well enough to tell me what my maturity level is, For two you still don't know me to tell me i'm lying and for three there is nothing wrong with my grammar.
