So recently, there's been an impersonator going around on Discord under several different usernames, impersonating members of the community. It seems that at the current moment, he's impersonating Alex Miller and myself, but he's also impersonated other users (such as Monkey) in the past. This user is the banned member SilentCombos/CurrentBid. They've already scammed out at least $450 out of new members of the community over Discord in just 2 days, and they're actively trying to steal more. The tag they've used for all impersonations (to my knowledge) is #0341, and the Discord ID of the main account is 344249992271364098. They also seem to have either an alt or a friend helping them impersonate on a separate account, which was last used to impersonate Doge. I don't have the ID of the account, but the last known username/tag was Doge#8545. Do not deal with these users, and always confirm on-site for maximum security. As a side note, this user has unwittingly decided to use their personal PayPal for scam transactions, and as a result, has leaked personal info including full name, family, school, street address, phone number, social media, and more. To the scammer, if you continue scamming, eventually somebody will find this information and use it against you. They may report you to the authorities, extort you, dox you, etc. I highly suggest that you stop before that happens.
