Implement Username Change by Siropu

Just so that we're on the same page, this is the Xenforo addon I would like to be implemented: https://xenforo.com/community/resources/username-change-by-siropu.4144/

What is this addon?
Username Change by Siropu is a super-simple way to change your username! Instead of requiring manual changing, usernames can now be changed using a profile dropdown option!

Why should this addon be implemented?
There are many reasons why it should be:

• As I mentioned above, it makes changing usernames simpler. Additionally, Ajdin will have a lighter workload
• This addon has a Username History feature, which can show all of your previous usernames (I feel we need this, especially since reputable users keep changing their named)
• There is a comprehensive permissions system! You can set permissions per role (the ability to change your name, username history being shown, etc)
• You can read the rest of the awesome features on the Xenforo page.

I have personally used this addon before, and I would love to see it added to MCM!

And plus, it's free.
