1) The code snippet is completely meaningless- it doesn't show the actual functions of your plugin and it should show us how efficient/clean your code is.
2) Your messages seem to be hard-coded and uncustomizable. This is even worse considering the fact that half of your messages don't use proper grammar. Where exactly is the prefix customizable?
3) Your config is undocumented and some keys don't make any sense.

Not trying to really trash your thread, but I agree with Demeng. Your code isn't really *customizable*, and if you want to make your code better you should use string lists as Inviss supplied in the latest post.
