IMPORTANT - Players can place block in Warzone

I have worldguard on my server, with factions. The spawn is a warzone/safezone, but players can still place blocks, but they cannot break them. I gave the region all the worldguard no build flags, and it gives an error when they place it but it still places the block.

I made a new region and tested it out with just worldguard and it works, but when i claimed it as warzone it stopped working again.

Please give me advice!

I think its in your conf.yml you must have it so players have placeblocks in warzone to true, its in there somewhere.

Warzone build is not set to true, it's false. This error still occurs.

SOLVED - Issue was SOTWGracePeriod plugin.
