Impossible Problem For Me

Currently I am running randompackage and for some reason i have this bug that when you do /gkit and spam one gkit without closing the gui u can get infinite gkits. This is only happening on my server for some reason as others dont have this problem I have tried spigot and paperspigot 1.8.8 I have tried running it on a test server with just the required plugins IDK WHATS WRONG!

Apparently its only happening to me weve tried alot of things different spigots, tried on my test server that has a different host, tried running only the plugins required and more

Show the code, and preferrably a video of what is happening. It doesn't sound that complicated though, (keep in mind I have no idea what a gkit is) it sounds like he does not have a cooldown, or doesn't remove the item from the GUI once it's removed.

There is a cd ill show when i get home but for some reason u can bypass the cd by just spamming it on my server[DOUBLEPOST=1506959661][/DOUBLEPOST]The plugin is randompackage on spigot
