Improve Image quality

Hey!
I recently bought a very nice server logo from Although I forgot to ask for it to be made in 64x64, I wanted to know if there was a way to improve the quality of the image because When I upload it to my server the quality is horrible but fine on the main image. If anyone can help I'd appreciate it.

What format is it in? .jpg, .png or something else?

What format did you get the image in? I mean personally he should of sent you the design file.
