So, this isn't really a suggestion. This is a COMMUNITY DISCUSSION.

In shoutbox, there's like a 20 million chat conversation about the Investment and Loans subforums, and how MC-Market can make it better, and avoid scammers; ban evaders, etc, etc.

So, I want to hear everyone's opinions on this; and here is my input down below by the way also. MisfitNerd
MANGO THE EGIRL'S INPUT: I believe we should make it so only Premium/Supreme members can use a Private Loan subforum (like we add another Loan subforum, but it has requirements).

Yeah, so. That's that.
Kind Regards,
Mango the eGirl. <3

Without Paypal's intervention of actually reversing money or some form of forum currency which is way too costly in both time and money for MCM to implement, anyone can still scam and get away with it. Any section is going to have this.

how to not get scammed: Don't be an idiot.
don't give out loans to a person who's already taken out a loan or two. Ask for collateral. etc.
A good option is to leave neutral rep on someone if they take out a loan from you saying "I have loaned this person $X-amount for this date and this return". delete it after it is paid back.
Then check their rep for that sort of thing before giving out a loan. if they have 2 or 3 messages like that, they haven't paid their loans back yet and are a higher risk option.

I've almost exclusively been scammed by ranked members. Do what Ivain said, give people who take loans from you neutral rep so other loaners are aware that user has a loan taken out already
