Improve message system

I think you should give everyone instant messaging and those conveniences, such as it being fast and not buggy like discord on conversations, because it's selfish, as the only reason people use discord is because it's easy, but that causes to impersonators.

Also another one, even though there'd be a lot of disagreement, would be you HAVE to deal on the MC-Market conversation system, to prevent scams. Of course, they could use privnote for passwords.

Due to a previous suggestion, if I recall correctly, we have already implemented the first part of this suggestion. All users (even non-premiums) should have access to instant conversations rather than having to refresh.

Since that was changed from a separate suggestion, I'll move this to denied.
