Improving trustworthiness / conversion rate of site

Hey I am looking for to get some outside feedback on our site:

to look more trustworthy so people will be more likely to use our services.

Tone down the yellow in the background. It hurts looking at it.
Add some reviews to the page.
Invest in a brand logo.
Make your header look a bit fancier than just a black bar.

Anything but that yellow to be honest.

This, the yellow background really takes a lot from the page.

I understand you want to keep building on your own design, but it just won't work. It doesn't look all that good. Might want to hire a professional here.
