Has someone agreed to sell you something, such as a Minecraft account but you're worried they may scam you? Well we can't take away that chance but we can help protect you from known scammers!

I have been developing (for the past half hour) a site that will allow you to search for people's MCM profile name and, if they have scammed before, it will show up a link to a page with username, aliases, and scam details.

I have been playing around with what kind of style I want it to be. Does this look alright?

I am going to majorly change the "Previous scams" area though. That photo is just basic barebones design.

There will be a page to add a comment and submit a scammer, but this will not be in the early version.

High performance, consistent uptime and fast support. Minecraft hosting that just works.

How would you know who really is a scammer and who is not? I could go submit Mick as a scammer and provide fake deal dates and aliases..

I said you can submit a scammer. I realise I could've worded it better. I meant:

You can comment saying that someone is a scammer with proof, name, aliases etc and I will investigate to see if other people have complained about them scamming and I will look at the scam reports section to see if they were banned. If so, I will add them manually through HTML.

Adding them manually through HTML? That doesn't seem like a very useful website, it's going to be a pain for you, since there are tons of scammers here and people scam everyday.

Have the staff on MCM agreed with this?
I was thinking that too, I think that MCM staff are going to have to approve of him making a project for MCM.

I have tons of free time and it is easy to add somebody new. Process:

1) Copy the HTML from another persons file
2) Edit title and grid text
3) Done

Still not very professional imo, should have an easy submission form or something, then maybe you can manually approve them.

Not really.

The reason I named it MCMScams is because I will be using their MCM name and using the scam reports section to determine whether a person is a scammer or not.[DOUBLEPOST=1456161432][/DOUBLEPOST]

I said I've been coded it for half an hour, and I asked for feedback. Thanks for that feedback but no need for saying "Not very professional" as ive just started it.

What I'm saying isn't professional is the concept of it. You don't see staff manually adding accounts to mclaim do you?

Agree, use a database and query it. Manually adding it through HTML is plain out inefficient and unprofessional.

By saying you will have an option to submit a scammer which will be in a later version really shows how inexperienced you are at programming because that's actually a really easy task. Anyways, I'd like to see the finished product because this actually seems quite interesting.
