Hey, just a simple introduction here for the few that are more compassion than business. I'm 19 and I have a few classes of Video Game design up my sleeves. I find it fun to manage a community and create/improve ideas for servers and just in any game really. I am pretty compassionate about what I do so for the few that are here for me. Let's get into official stuff!
Experience -
I'm been an administrator for multiple server but so far nothing really good seeing as a lot of "Up coming" servers don't make it to Beta. I try to stick around until the ship sinks but if I know for a fact there is no hope or the excitement from the owner is gone, I just find another ship.
I've got enough experience with Java to understand the logics which helps me write down ideas for actual developers, I'm also familiar with how people react to ideas and how they need to be displayed to help both the staff team and community in the long run.
I'm willing to put in time as long as the Staff/Owner is too. If you are compassionate and are willing to sit down for hours and discuss ideas and plan out details, I will too.
Requirements -
I expect to be interviewed before actually given anything which makes sense, but I will also be asking plenty of questions too, so it is a two way interrogation honestly.
There needs to be a player base already present
Owner of the server is expected to contact me personally
I will inspect the server/website/etc. for all details about the server before actually making my decision. I expect all messages to be answered in 24 hours.
I have a lot to bring to the table to any server I feel is in need of my services.
