Unless you're selling the terrain with it I have to agree with the others that it doesn't quite seem worth $6. I'm sure that if you made a batch of houses like this as a commission, pricing them at $5 apiece would be fine, but $6 for this building non-exclusively? Hope you're not expecting any sales...
Your other builds seem to be priced much more reasonably.
