In need of 2 plugins

Hello!

I'm currently in need of 2 plugins and here is more info about them:

Potion Effect GUI
So i need a command that basically opens up a gui and in that gui you can select between 3 pot effects to activate, Night Vision, Speed and Jump so like you get 3 different pots up in the menu, 1 that is a leap potion and the 2nd is speed and the 3rd is night vision and then the items will have a specified name like "&a&lLeap Effect" and when you click it or one of them you get that pot effect permanent until you go into that menu again and disable the current pot effect and i want the players to be able to use multiple pot effects at once and i want a permission for the pot effects to activate them and in the lore i just want something simple and then if you have access, in the bottom of the lore it will say something like "&bClick to Activate!" and if the player does not have permission it will say this in the bottom of the lore "&cYou do not have access to activate this!" So pretty simple.

Fast Warp GUI
I want a command and a specified permission to use it and when someone uses it with permission it will open up a gui with warps to other places so if you example click to teleport to spawn, then you get teleported there and i would like a command to set the warp or so you can put which location you get teleported to for clicking it. Only permission for command, not to warp.

I honestly would not pay for either of these! I'm not doing free plugins tho so sorry I only charge I don't do these size of plugins no more.

Ah okay, well it does not matter if i pay a bit but free is always good, well see if i find someone for this
