In need of a Developer, Free and or Paid.

Hello!
I'm Caleb, or Lumpkinz. I recently started an mc server called Ultimatum, my server consists of 1 hub and 4 or 5 game mode servers. So far with only the hub being made I am in NEED of a Developer.

Payment:
I preferably would like a free Dev, but I can afford to pay a developer to make 1-2 medium sized private plugins for around 10-30$ (US)

What I want?
I need a developer for:

- Emerald Economy
An Emerald based economy faction game mode. Emerald ores are very common to find at about any level on the ground.
All other ores are very rare (Which if found are worth more money)

- SoupHCF

I will have to edit this part of the thread. Please stand by.

- UHC

Just normal UHC plugins

- KitPvP

Minor KitPvP plugins
