In need of a developer [PAID]

Hello MC-Market!
I am the founder and CEO of the server "FadeRaids".
The server is not yet to be released, but we expect our release to happend the 20th or 21st January.
We are currently in need of a developer who can code plugins to a certain extent.
The payment will be 5-20% of our monthly income (NEGOTIABLE). The plugins you will mainly code are just simple ones, but we still need you to be able to code major plugins (incase of major updates/resets.)

In order to be eligble for the position you MUST;
- Have atleast 6 months of experience in coding (EXCEPTIONS MAY BE MADE)
- Be contactable a few hours a week (incase of small plugins that needs to be made)
- A portfolio of your plugins.
