Man, it's disrespectful. You offer 30 dollars a month to experienced developers, whose hourly rates are equal or even higher your monthly rate. I don't want to blame you or smth like this, but it's really disrespectful to pay so few for human labor. You should consider that you can't just hire cheap developers and have good results.

Shortly I promise you that you anyway will come to normal hourly rate and you will spend much more time and money to remake all mistakes that would be made by inexperienced developers.

If they're only offering $30/mo, they're either young or live in a place that doesn't allow them to make optimal money. I still don't think this is good (probably best for them to just ask for free devs).
