In need of a high quality logo ~ big buget

Hey,
I'm looking for the highest quality artist that can make a server logo. The logo itself is not gonna be small, I'm willing to spend 20-60 on a high quality logo, and if your artistic skills are in another level, I have no problem offering even more money. We might also need some small shop icons - we'll talk about it more.

Requirements:
Must be a hand drawer, no need for 3D art
Don't abuse the price, I can offer more if I feel the quality is better, I want to see a set price and work from there.
