From the .nl link I assume you are from the Netherlands ;) Many universities in the Netherlands have their so called "laptop projects" - they buy laptops in bulk and sell them super cheap, for students only though. Ask your friends and family and see if you got anyone studying at a university who can order a laptop for you. For example check the TU Delft, they got the latest HP ProBook 440 G7 for 799 euro, while it mostly sells for 1100 euro or higher. Good luck!

I think that is a dell right? Yeah i dont have a godo feeling about Dell ever sadly so i am not gonna buy that.
