In need of a plugin addon

i'm currently in need of a plugin addon. Here's the plugin: https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/quicksell.6107/
What should the addon do?: I need this custom addon to add a shop gui in game with the ability for players to purchase boosters with cash. The shop GUI should be completely configurable including but not limited to: Items, Lores, and Prices. When a player buys a money booster, a custom message should be shown. For example: Bob buys a +0.1 money booster. If he didn't have a booster before, his price boost will now be 1.1 and so on so forth. The gui should not only be accessible with a command, but also by right clicking certain NPCs or Villagers. All permission nodes should also be included and this should work with the addon PermissionBooster found here: https://dev.bukkit.org/projects/qs-permissionboosters

Experienced Coders Only. Must have a portfolio and vouches. Don't waste my time.

Well you writing this waste your time since you have no reputation and no vouches. If you want to have a deal it's going to be over 10$ and you will pay the totality UPFRONT

Over $10? LOL. I am willing to pay a lot more than $10. Thank you. I am also perfectly willing to put a down payment of half, and the other half afterward when the plugin is COMPLETELY done with testing, etc. You writing that comment is wasting your time as you are underestimating how much money I have access to. Please don't waste my time, if you're not here to offer, there's no need to comment.

Then you're using it on the wrong things. I have more than enough messages and logs that prove I go through with ALL of my transactions via PayPal.

As much as I appreciate that you're looking for somebody who can get this done quickly and efficiently, the fact that you don't have a lot of reputation here does make this a slightly hypocritical statement, considering you're a 0 rep, 0 reaction, 10 message user. While I get that you want somebody who can do this well, it's usually courtesy to be a bit less demanding as a new buyer, rather than to demand experience, portfolio, vouches, and a timeframe of under a day.

Now, that being said, if you're still looking for somebody for this, I do meet all of your requirements, so if you still need somebody send me a PM, or add me in one of my contact locations (check my signature).
