In need of an staff team for my third upcomming MCPE server!

Hello there, im GodHarambae, im currently looking for an group of individuals who will be staff, builders on my server.Ive owned and co-owned mcpe servers wich were very succesful, now im looking to make a new server on mcpe and keep it forever, im looking for an team of experienced individuals who can be mature when needed, helpful, not having anger issues ect. If you wanna apply for an staff position comment your skype, after that i will interview you (you do not need to have an mic if you're applying for helper {helpers that started out in that rank can be promoted without need of mic}). Ranks Avaible:

Helper (3)
Helper+ (1)
Moderator (2)
Moderator+ (1)
Trial-Admin (2)
Admin (1)
Co-Owner (noone currently)
Builders (10).

NOTE!: each staff member should be able to ATLEAST spend 2 hours daily on the server (unless you tell me (the owner) or an admin that you wont be able to be on for sometime)

Other than this, try giving information about the server, why people should apply, why you want to keep it, some background on it, your plans and your goals. This will help attract more people.

Some important questions are:
"Can we apply for Admin straight away?"
"How many players do you get every day?"
"How long has your server been up?"

There's some more, but those are the questions I would expect for you to get a lot. You should maybe try covering these in your post, and some other things like your website.
