To be honest, those attack sizes are pretty tiny, so I’d first check whether your datacentre can enable any sort of in-house mitigation. Most decent DCs have some level of baseline protection, and it’s usually far cheaper than going the remote route, also far less complex.
Back when we ran a Singapore location at EUGameHost, we used Path.net there and it worked well, but I’m not sure what their current setup in that region looks like. Outside of Path, your choices in Singapore/Vietnam are pretty limited, and proper protection can get expensive quickly.
StormWall is another option worth looking into. They do have a Singapore PoP and seem like a solid choice if you need remote protection, but again, if cost is your main constraint, your best move is probably to speak to your DC and see what they can enable on their end.
