In need of developer for our server fork (smooth pvp , smooth pots , 1.12.2 paper base version) PAID

Please message me asap , if you're capable of helping our developers making our 1.12.2 paper fork have smooth 1.8 pvp , pots and hit detection (bow boosting fix can be useful too). Our developers are not familiar with how pvp should be , since they never really actively played any 1.8 pvp server before , for example lunar , mmc and so on. We need a developer that is familiar with how the pvp should be like and preferably has made something like this before. We won't hire anyone that isn't experienced/ we're not sure about the quality of his/hers code.
