In need of developer or team to code plugins

I just recently got back into the mood of owning a server... but i want to make something different than everyone else, but i will need help doing it!

I have in mind 4 plugins that i will simply call
Bugs
Portals
Ores
Space

I really don't want to discourage anyone at this point. but please do understand i am willing to pay a good bit of money, but not a fortune!

bugs:
In Minecraft there is currently about 40+ particle effects in the game.. what if instead of trying to create new mobs using tons of armor stands, we use one armor stand to move a single particle around the sky to act like a bug. This will allow the bug to have a, kinda messed up but, functioning hitbox to allow it to drop items... a config should be included with this.. to allow different particle types to represent different mobs.. they should also spawn in loaded chunks around players.

Portals:
this is much easier to explain. I want the ability to make portals in Minecraft that will teleport to different, preloaded worlds. I.e. a portal make with diamond blocks will teleport you to a different world, presented in the config

Ores:
Using a config you can set new blocks to spawn underground (when i say new; i mean spawning something like nether brick underground) a custom particle effect should also be set to this block to indicate it is an ore (also configurable) the broken block will then drop an item, or itself that can be used for various configurable recipes.

Space:
Similar to the vehicles plugin by pollitoyeye (https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/✈️vehicles-no-resourcepacks-needed-halloween-update.12446/) a spaceship can be crafted and hoped into to allow for space exploration... you can choose different planets to fly too but flying to those planets will take a set amount of time. (these planets would be worlds i created already and new ones can be added within the config) the space ship can be as big as you want it to be and you can walk around it as you fly to a new planet... (you dont actually fly, instead you get teleported to a different world, set in the config, that acts as a purgatory as you wait for your time to end until you reach the requested world) (if this was confusing im sorry, add me on skype and we can talk more)
