In Need of Discord Bot Re-Making

We've been putting off updating our Discord bot since it last broke a few years ago and it's now the time to get it sorted.

We're looking for a developer who can essentially re-create it.

We need to stream to around 100+ servers, so ideally we'd quite like for it to only stream the radio once (rather than one time for each server listening) and the stream to stop when nobody is in the channel and start as soon as someone joins to save resources. We would also need in a few weeks for it to report listeners to our API, which should be pretty simple (count all users in the same voice channel, -1 to account for the bot and push it - voila).

We have had issues with Discord.JS in the past cutting the stream off after a short while, so obviously we need the new version to patch this.
