In need of graphics (Cartoony style)

Hey! I am in need of some graphics done. I run a garrysmod server, Not a MC server. My server name is OlympusBay.
So, Therefor I want the logo to have the gods in it. Like Zeus, Hercules, and what not.
The logo should look like the following. Zeus holding a lightning bolt in the middle while there are other gods at his side. I also need a background that will match this.

Note: This is not a MC server so do NOT make the body parts blocks.

If you have other ideas on how this should look, Ask me. Or try them out. My budget for this is up to $50.00 USD, If needed it can be adjusted. Thank you all for reading this.
