Recently I bought a server off Fluctis Hosting as it seemed cheaper. Although I'm Asian, EU servers get me about 180-190ms. I bought the highest 6GB plan from fluctis. Everything went smoothly until I started my server and it gave me 400ms+ of ping. I have no idea what to do. I have made a token to get a refund as of their 5-day policy. Has anyone ever worked with them or have any idea about what I am getting into?
