Hey,

I am starting up this discord meme community. We will be opening very soon, we are in need of Management, Admins, Mods. We do have requirements to fulfill one of these positions.

-Has to have a good/decent rep.
-Not too professional.
- Has to have a sense of humor.
- Can interact with a community that contains memes.

I don't mean any offense or to trash your thread, but some word of advice;
In all honesty it's going to be 60-70% harder to find a position simply because there's no incentive for those people other than they can do it for fun, but the thing is that a majority of people who do it for fun might not take it seriously. I'd really advise if you want a great staff member filling this position that you provide them some sort of incentive. I'm not saying it's impossible but it's very difficult.
